Sisko: Runs a youtube channel called Sisko’s Bajoran Kitchen, sharing classing Creole and Bajoran Recipes and fusions of the two. With a side order of Ferengi cuisine (tube grubs are an excellent source of protein!)

Odo: Sets up an unsolved mysteries channel. Never updates it.

Kira: Has a youtube channel dedicated to ranting about politicians. It’s nearly got her fired more than once.

Jadzia: She just vlogs. Each vlog is more insane than the last as she digs into the plethora of absolute madness that is the life of Dax so far.

Julian: Puts up vlogs about his research. These get no views beyond about 5 big brain academics who never miss an upload. Every time he uploads a picture of himself though, or he appears in his own vlog, he breaks the Federation Internet Service.

Miles O'Brien: Engineering Repairs for Dummies - he’s a huge hit with engineers everywhere who are sick of fixing stupid shit, and he’s also a huge hit with struggling engineering students.

Ezri: Weird and wonderful therapies throughout the Federation (sometimes the treatments are so wild she goes viral)

Jake: Starts off with a channel full of all the random shit he and Nog got up to when they were younger, Now his channel is full of book and essay reviews and tips for how to approach publishers

Nog: He reviews military training exercises and compares them to Starfleet ones.

Garak: He has a charming channel full of tips for making and mending your own clothing, and how to make the most of your garden. This makes him popular with cosplayers and horticulturalists. His videos are also full of subliminal messages made specifically to troll all the conspiracy nuts who then pull his videos apart.

Rom: Causes controversy for using the official social media accounts for the office of the Grand Nagus to read aloud parts of the Communist Manifesto.

Worf: Klingon Culture as told by Worf. His comments are full of Klingons telling him how wrong he is, along with Klingon wannabes that link him to videos of them using batleths for him to rate.

Keiko: My Drunk Garden. Like My Drunk Kitchen but with plants.

Kasidy: Freight forwarding and customs declarations for dummies. She has had enough of people not getting their orders right before she picks them up.

Sisko sometimes invites Jadzia on to his channel when he’s making cocktails. He also sometimes feeds Ferengi fusion cuisine to victims that include the senior staff and any newbies currently on the station.

Miles and Julian have a reaction channel where they review holodeck programs and cry at old Earth Movies. They’re sometimes joined by Molly when they review old earth Animations. Garak sometimes joins then and nitpicks at the movies just for shits and giggles.

Garak and Keiko occasionally collaborate, get drunk together and bitch about Miles and Julian.
